Another of my favorite diet tips is to never underestimate the power of exercise. You can lose weight fast without exercise, but you'll achieve faster weight loss with it. Exercise will also build muscle, which will boost your metabolism and allow you to burn even more calories.
Many of the best fast weight loss tips come from basic common sense. It makes sense to stick with a diet that offers a wide variety of foods, and doesn't force you to starve. In this way, you'll get all your vitamins and minerals, and you'll also feel more satisfied, which will allow you to stick with the diet over the long haul.
