Now, please don't misunderstand me when I say that you need to use more calories than you eat for successful weight loss. This does not mean you need to fast and starve yourself. This also doesn't mean that you need to burn off your diet by exercising constantly.
Even if you do absolutely nothing, your body needs a certain number of calories just to function. A successful weight loss program takes that number into account, as well as however many calories you need for your exercise. If your diet for a day includes fewer calories than you use to run your body and exercise, you'll be on the road to fast weight loss.

There are many ways to lose weight, but only a few will work for you. Before starting a fast weight loss program, you need to look at it carefully and make sure it's something you can continue for an extended period of time. Make sure the diet is not so arduous that you can't keep it up, or you're sure to thwart yourself before very long.
